BOOTH INVENTORY

Arizona Cine Equipment will supply each 10′ x 10′ incremental booth space with the following inventory:

• • 8′ High Back Drape (Dove & Cream)
• • 3′ High Side Drape (Cream)
• • 1) 8′ x 30″ (Front) Topped and Skirted Table (Dove)
• • 1) 8′ x 24″ (Rear) Topped and Skirted Table (Dove)
• • Folding Chairs
• • 1) Dealer ID Sign

The above items are provided to you by the 2026 Tucson Gem and Mineral Show®, and will automatically be placed in your booth by Arizona Cine Equipment.

Additional booth dressings: Additional booth dressings may be ordered, please use our online ordering system to place your order. There will be no sharing or swapping of tables – any unwanted tables become the property of 2026 Tucson Gem and Mineral Show®. Exhibitors must stay within their booth space – not to extend into the aisles.

Please Note: Arizona Cine Equipment is the exclusive Show Decorator for 2026 Tucson Gem and Mineral Show®. Dealers should order all booth dressings and additional items solely through Arizona Cine Equipment. Outside vendors will not be permitted on the show floor. Showcases from preapproved outside vendors will be allowed – please contact us for more information.

Electric: Arizona Cine Equipment will not be responsible for electric in any capacity for 2026 Tucson Gem and Mineral Show®.
